problem with GT-PM-06 device
hi
i have two of these devices. they stopped measuring values. the display and logic work fine, but no A, V or Hz are now measured, only zero is shown
both units show the same behaviour.
devices have worked fine for a coiple years

Hello,
please tell us the Project number of your devices.
The Project number ist marked on the Rating Label on the back of the device (E followed by five numbers).

Good Morning,
please try to make a reset as follows:
- Please delete all measured values according to the chapter "Löschen von Messwerten" ("Effacer les valeurs mesurées" / "Cancellare i valori rilevati").
- After deletion of measured values please disconnect the device from the power socket, remove the batteries and wait 10 minutes.
- Please insert new batteries into the unit and re-connect the device with the power socket.
The device should work again and failure free.

i tried the suggested action but the device still indicates zero volts when connected. i tried both devices

Good Morning,
if the steps mentioned before do not solve the issue, the devices seem to be defective.
If the product is still under warranty (36 months from the date of purchase) please contact the Service Center mentioned within the user Manual to get a replacement.
