Terris mdvd 214 subtitles
I bought new Terris mdvd 214 in Slovenia and it dosen't read Slovenian special language characters in subtitles (č, ). I tried to set up in preferences, but Slovenian is not an option and if i choose OTHERS then it requires the language code. I don't know the code for Slovene and even if I knew it, the only letter that I managed to fill in the code was XXX. Please let me know what is the solution to the problem, or if there is any firmware to upgrade software, otherwise the device is useless. Thank you, Best regards

Good afternoon,
The Modell TERRIS MDVD 214 has been sold to ALDI / HOFER Slovenia in 2011, that is why the software development has been closed months ago.
We did not receive any further complaints about the above mentioned topic.
Off course we will forward your complaint to the product management to check if there is any possibility to insert the Slovenian subtitle type set into the software of MDVD 214.
We will reply to you as soon as possible and will posts any updates within the NEWS Area of this online forum.
